I recently moved into the Dravus Suites and am very delighted with Jon and Cindy's professionalism, personal attention, and provision of a clean and comfortable place to hang my hat for awhile. I especially enjoy all the lighting options in the apartment, the very soft sheets, and fluffy towels - all little things that make a place feel like home. There is also lots of storage for a smaller place, which also makes a big difference. I can heartily recommend Short Term Suites to any one looking for . . . just that! - Marlys Christensen

We want to express our deep appreciation for this opportunity. You trusted us even though we were out of state. We have truly enjoyed staying here. For the most part the weather was very nice. We walked everywhere within reason as the apartment is close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies. We walked to Ray's, the docks, ate at the Indian restaurant you recommended, and stopped at the Ballard Chamber of Commerce and picked up some extra brochures to leave here for the next tenants who may not be 'local'. Thanks again for providing us with a situation which gave us peace of mind and kept us from having to travel extensively in Seattle traffic! - Alfred and Anne Lutz, from Crescent City California.
"On my way back to Paris, I would like to express my great satisfaction related to my two months stay in your appartment located in 7, Dravus street, Seattle NW. That appartment was cosy and warmfull. Thank you very much for your Kindness and God bless you."

"I’ve felt comfortable and very safe at Dravus Court. Queen Anne is a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Since I don’t drive, I’ve used public transportation which is very close by. The 13 and 17 will get you to a huge Safeway and drugstore in 5 minutes, Seattle Center in 10 minutes and downtown in 20 minutes. Staying here I’ve also been close to the nice and quirky Fremont. Last, but certainly not least, Tully’s is just down the street with Seattle’s best coffee!" -
Mette from Aarhus, Denmark.
"... My husband and I spent a month in Seattle visiting family and enjoying the area. The Ballard Suites were perfectly located, just a few blocks to great little neighborhood shops and the weekly Sunday Farmer's Market. The Ballard Market, Safeway, Trader Joe's and LA Fitness were all within a ten-minute walk. Centrally located, there were several bus routes nearby allowing easy access to many of Seattle's attractions, including the downtown area and Safeco Park. Best of all was the rental property itself. The bed was most comfortable and the rooms were tastefully decorated. It has great HDTV with cable, and the Wi-Fi made communications a snap. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities and then some. All we did was buy a few groceries and we were settled in. We had an absolutely marvelous, relaxing visit and look forward to booking a suite next summer." - Linda Dray, teacher, Mesa, AZ. Ballard Suites
" …Nancy and I would like to take a moment to extend our gratitude to you and the Short Term Suites staff for everything you did to accommodate us during our extended stay at the Thomas Street Suites.
As you know, we initially thought ours would be a two to three month stay as we were transitioning to a different home. Our “short stay” turned into a 10-month residency at Thomas Street that I could not have imagined to be any better given our circumstances. We felt completely at home the entire time and appreciated most your flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs. We particularly enjoyed the unique experience of living on Capitol Hill . Our stay with you is something we will never forget.
Thanks again for everything. I have recommended you to many of our friends and coworkers for their own consideration as well as family and friends considering a trip to Seattle for an extended period." (Scott Sotebeer) - East Thomas Suites
"We had a great time in Seattle. The apartment was very nice - clean, bright, and airy, and in a fantastic location. My husband was particularly delighted to be able to walk easily to downtown Seattle and to do the shopping on Broadway. We walked a lot of places from 403 - to Volunteer Park, to the Japanese Garden at the Arboretum, to the Center for Wooden Boats on Lake Union, as well as to SAM in downtown. It was great!! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable." . (Joan Wells) - East Thomas #6
"In recuperating from surgery, the 11th floor condo unit at the Royal Manor provided the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. The view of the lights of downtown Seattle was just what the doctor ordered. The decor of the condo itself is warm and comfortable. The gas fireplace in the main living area is perfect for relaxing while gazing out the glass door which extends the length of the wall. The art work in the condo is inspiring and adds to a truly serene and cozy ambiance. The condominium is definitely a 5 star facility and will be a home away from home for anyone who has the pleasure of enjoying this wonderful unit." (Ayron Fears, IBM WebSphere Technical Specialist) - Royal Manor Condominium #1103
"My recent stay at Emerson Suites while attending Crawford Nautical School was very pleasant. The location of Emerson Suites is great, with major thoroughfares and plenty of shopping nearby. My unit was well furnished and outfitted, quiet, comfortable, and I had plenty of room to spread out my study materials. The most important thing is that Emerson Suites felt like home to me." (Peter Bradd, Steamboat Springs, CO) - Emerson Suites #5
"Nearing the end of my 5th year of summers spent at Dayton Guest House, this has become my home away from home. I cannot express how grateful I am to look forward each year to return to this comfortable, clean and well tended apartment. Looking forward to returning for many years to come". (Dr. Judith Luckman, Visiting Professor from Israel to University of Washington, Dept of Radiology) - Dayton Top
“I LOVED this bright, cozy and cheerful apartment. It was so wonderful to arrive after a long flight and have absolutely everything I needed to feel right at home. The location was great for me – a short walk away from both Seattle Opera’s rehearsal studios and McCaw Hall – and it also proved to be ideal to explore the heart of the city. I look forward to my next stay.” (Rayanne DuPuis, Paris Opera, Seattle Opera) - Seattle Center Suites #4
"It was my family's first visit to Seattle. We were lucky to be able to enjoy the city for 30 days. Part of it was the apartment we stayed at in Ballard District. Great location, great landlord and great neighbours. The place worked out perfectly for our family of four - 2 little kids. Highly recommended!" (Pawel - an international school teacher US Embassy in Warsaw Poland) - Ballard Suites #5
"I stayed at Dravus Court from Jul to Aug 2009. It was a 5-week stay for an internship in Seattle. Dravus Court locates at a perfect site, from which I can get buses to downtown easily and walk to Fremont in 10 minutes. And definitely I love there as it is a very quiet and lovely place very close to Salmon Bay. Of course the house itself was quite comfortable to stay in, with all necessary equipments. I really appreciate all the kindness of Short Term Suites and want to make use of it again when I come back to Seattle." - (Masaki Nakamura, Univ. of Tokyo, Japan) - Dravus #10
