The Ballard Suites were perfectly located, just a few blocks to great little neighborhood shops and the weekly Sunday Farmer's Market. The Ballard Market, Safeway, Trader Joe's and LA Fitness were all within a ten-minute walk. Centrally located, there were several bus routes nearby allowing easy access to many of Seattle's attractions, including the downtown area and Safeco Park. Best of all was the rental property itself. The bed was most comfortable and the rooms were tastefully decorated. It has great HDTV with cable, and the Wi-Fi made communications a snap. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities and then some. All we did was buy a few groceries and we were settled in. "In recuperating from surgery, the 11th floor condo unit at the Royal Manor provided the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. The view of the lights of downtown Seattle was just what the doctor ordered. The decor of the condo itself is warm and comfortable. The gas fireplace in the main living area is perfect for relaxing while gazing out the glass door which extends the length of the wall. "I stayed at Dravus Court from Jul to Aug 2009. It was a 5-week stay for an internship in Seattle. Dravus Court locates at a perfect site, from which I can get buses to downtown easily and walk to Fremont in 10 minutes. And definitely I love there as it is a very quiet and lovely place very close to Salmon Bay. Of course the house itself was quite comfortable to stay in, with all necessary equipments.
