Pioneer Square Condos - Downtown Seattle

Furnished condo in Pioneer Square.

Turn of the century Pioneer Square is filled with more unique and independently owned shops than any other neighborhood of the city. Old time bookstores, creaky-floored galleries, small boutiques, and quaint eateries now occupy the Emerald City’s most notable buildings. The District is the place to shop for that one of a kind gift for that special someone on a budget. Those from Seattle know the Pioneer Square District as the center of Seattle’s vibrant art world. The District’s high concentration of fine art galleries and studios makes Pioneer Square one of the most notable gallery Districts in the World. Pioneer Square is also home to two world-class sports stadiums, Century Link Field where the Seahawks often win at football, and Safeco Field where the Mariners play baseball. Situated just a bit south of the Downtown financial center, Pioneer Square has great access to Light Link Rail, express buses and regular city buses, as well as easy access to major arterials and freeways.

The Florentine Condominium building was originally built in 1909 as a lumber warehouse, converted to condominiums late in the century, and enjoys historic landmark status to this day. Much of the grand scale architectural elements have been preserved, including ceiling height and exposed beams. Extensively open floor plans with artfully placed partial walls create just enough separation to enable acceptable privacy and light control. Sweeping entry hallway is lined with custom shelving and cabinetry and seemingly moves forward forever. Triangular shaped open kitchen has a built-in bar eating area in step with the nouveau entertainment style. The extra large wood burning fireplace is the centerpiece of the grand living room with oversized pieces of furniture. Step outside onto the very generous covered deck for a breath of fresh air or sit outside for a nice meal in warmer weather. Spacious bedroom has a queen bed, lots of storage and all linens are provided. An additional sleeping alcove is twin bed sized and doubles as a quiet sitting area. Washer/dryer is in a separate laundry room with tons of extra storage. Parking is super sized and secured under the building. Want to see the Seahawks or Mariners? Literally go out the back door of this condominium building and you’ll be right there!
